Basement suite Before and After

This basement suite kitchen  was a blank slate but we had to work around and fix up the existing bathroom and bedroom. MB renovations installed all new baseboard heating and a new electrical sub panel.  Everything got installed and passed all permitting and inspections for the Langdon area.  Now this happy couple has a new monthly income right at home! As you can see from the before and after picture, obviously this homeowners property value has just sky rocketed!
